Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Technical Lead where you will leverage your expertise in Python and GenAI Basics to drive innovative solutions. In a hybrid work model you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our technological capabilities. With a focus on day shifts and no travel requirements this role offers a balanced work-life experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge software solutions using Python to meet business objectives.
Oversee the integration of GenAI Basics into existing systems to enhance functionality and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable and efficient software architectures.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Ensure code quality and best practices are maintained through regular code reviews and testing.
Analyze complex technical problems and devise innovative solutions to improve system efficiency.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software products.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.
Optimize software performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.
Document technical processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages diverse perspectives. Qualifications
Possess strong proficiency in Python programming with a deep understanding of its libraries and frameworks.
Have foundational knowledge of GenAI Basics and its application in real-world scenarios.
Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically.
Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Show a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in a timely manner.
Display a proactive approach to learning new technologies and adapting to changing environments.
Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
