Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Builder with strong experience in Salesforce development and AI-driven solutions. The role focuses on building intelligent, scalable Salesforce applications using Einstein / Einstein GPT, machine learning models, Generative AI, and RAG-based LLM pipelines. This position requires hands-on Salesforce engineering combined with modern AI/ML and cloud integration expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and APIs
• Build and integrate AI/ML models for automation, predictions, recommendations, and forecasting
• Implement Einstein, Einstein GPT, and external ML services (Python, Azure/AWS ML)
• Develop Generative AI and RAG pipelines using LLMs and vector databases
• Create AI-powered automation, Einstein Bots, and intelligent assistants
• Build secure integrations between Salesforce and external systems
• Manage deployments using CI/CD pipelines (Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps)
• Ensure security, scalability, and compliance of AI-driven solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-enabled enhancements

Must-Have Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Strong experience with AI/ML model development and deployment
• Expertise in Einstein / Einstein GPT and Salesforce AI integrations
• Solid understanding of LLMs, transformers, vector databases, and RAG architectures
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, APIs, and Salesforce development tools
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, and DevOps practices

Good-to-Have Skills :

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Einstein, AI Specialist)
• Experience with MLOps and ML lifecycle management
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Exposure to event-driven architectures and microservices

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
