AIF Operations Executive

As the Alternate Investment Fund (AIF) Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the AIF in strict adherence to SEBI (AIF) Regulations, 2012. This includes preparing and submitting regulatory reports to SEBI and other authorities on a quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis. You will be the key point of contact for fund managers, trustees, custodians, compliance officers, and portfolio companies, ensuring seamless coordination among all stakeholders. Your role will also involve managing investor on-boarding processes, KYC compliance, capital drawdowns, distributions, and NAV tracking. You will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive compliance calendar and ensuring timely and accurate submissions to regulatory bodies. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation and upkeep of essential fund documentation such as Private Placement Memorandums (PPM), contribution agreements, and valuation reports. To excel in this role, you must possess a Graduate or Post-Graduate degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Law, or related fields. A thorough understanding of SEBI (AIF) Regulations, 2012, and familiarity with SEBI's circulars and updates are essential qualifications for this position. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience working with AIFs, fund managers, or regulatory compliance firms. Previous experience in managing Category I/II/III AIF operations, compliance, and investor services will be highly valued. In addition to the above requirements, you should have knowledge of various related areas such as SEBI Regulations (AIF, PIT, LODR), fund structuring (LLPs, Trusts, Company structures), taxation applicable to AIFs, company law, RBI norms, valuation and NAV reporting, investor relations, audits, and filings.
