Role Overview:

Specialist to design, develop, and enhance automated workflows using leading no-

code/low-code platforms and AI-driven tools. You will collaborate closely with various

stakeholders in marketing, sales, operations, and product teams to streamline

processes, boost productivity, and integrate intelligent automation across the

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation Development:

• Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows using Zapier, Make

(Integromat), n8n, GPT agents, and similar platforms.

• Integrate applications via APIs, webhooks, and built-in integrations for

seamless automation.

• Automate essential business functions including lead generation, CRM

management, email marketing, and reporting.

• AI Integration & Innovation:

• Leverage ChatGPT and other Large Language Model (LLM) agents to

enhance automation with dynamic content, data enrichment, and

intelligent decision-making.

• Develop custom GPTs and tailored OpenAI API scripts for specialized

business scenarios.

• Optimization & Maintenance:

• Continuously monitor automation performance, troubleshoot errors, and

optimize workflows for reliability and efficiency.

• Document automation processes clearly and manage workflow versioning

and updates.

• Conduct training sessions for team members on automation usage and

best practices.

• Collaboration & Strategic Advising:

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to identify and

prioritize automation opportunities.

• Provide strategic recommendations on automation tools, platforms, and

architectures.o Stay updated on emerging AI and no-code technologies, advocating pilot

projects and innovation.

Required Qualifications & Expertise:

• Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience in workflow automation using

Zapier, Make, n8n, or equivalent platforms.

• Proven expertise integrating AI-driven tools (ChatGPT, custom GPTs, or

similar LLM agents).

• Solid understanding of prompt engineering and next-gen AI technology.

• Technical Skills:

• Strong API and webhook proficiency; capable of crafting advanced API

calls.

• Basic scripting abilities (Python, JavaScript) for custom logic or data

manipulation.

• Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho), Airtable, Google Workspace, and

standard SaaS tools.

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving abilities with capability to dissect complex

processes into simplified workflows.

• Exceptional communication skills for writing clear documentation and

effectively presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Proactive, detail-oriented approach, anticipating and addressing potential

workflow issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications or official partner status with platforms such as Zapier or

Make.com.

• Experience creating insightful dashboards (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau) to track

automation efficiency.

• Background or familiarity with digital marketing or SaaS operational processes.
