Role Description:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented AI Video Specialist (Inbound) to join our team. At the core, this role requires strong video editing expertise with a focus on creating high-quality short-form content for social media platforms with the help of AI tools to boost efficiency.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who not only excels in video editing but also embraces AI-powered creative tools to push the boundaries of modern content creation.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and produce engaging short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.) optimized for social media.
• Work primarily with the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Incorporate subtitles, transitions, cuts, zooms, and creative effects to enhance storytelling.
• Experiment with AI-driven tools (video generation, AI avatars, automation workflows) to speed up production and add innovative elements.
• Collaborate with the content team to repurpose podcasts, interviews, and long-form recordings into short, impactful clips.
• Maintain brand consistency and ensure timely delivery of edits.

Requirements:

• Proven skills in video editing with a strong portfolio showcasing short-form social media content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Understanding of social media formats, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
• Familiarity with AI video generation tools, AI avatars, and automation platforms.
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual design.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to feedback.
