ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an AI video producer who can turn ideas into visually compelling stories. Someone who understands how to prompt, generate, and refine AI-driven images and videos as creative instruments for modern advertising. This role goes beyond execution. You will shape workflows, experiment with emerging capabilities, and create content that feels intentional, premium, and ready for brand deployment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Lead the end-to-end AI content creation process from interpreting the brief and script to generating storyboards, style frames, and final video sequences.
• Translate campaign objectives into visual direction using structured prompting, reference frames, and iterative prototyping to shape the storyline and tone.
• Generate and refine AI outputs with multiple prompt iterations to maintain continuity across characters, environments, pacing, and brand identity.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Producer to align visual direction with narrative and campaign goals.
• Work with Motion Editors and Visual Designers to polish AI outputs by integrating transitions, product shots, typography, and audio for final delivery.
• Build internal workflows and playbooks such as prompt libraries, character and style templates, continuity systems, and quality benchmarks.
• Experiment with emerging AI tools and techniques and introduce innovative workflows to stay ahead in AI video storytelling.
• Adapt outputs for advertising-first formats including 10s, 15s, and 30s edits, Reels, explainers, and short-form performance ads where every frame advances the narrative.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Hands-on expertise with AI image and video platforms such as MidJourney, Nano Banana, Runway, Kling, eleven labs, etc.
• Strong prompting ability to maintain style consistency, character continuity, and visual control.
• A refined design sensibility including composition, framing, color, typography, and brand language.
• The ability to think in advertising and platform-based storytelling rather than just creative experimentation.
• Comfort collaborating across creative, motion, and editing teams.
• Curiosity, an experimentation mindset, and a drive to push creative boundaries.

EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND

• 2 to 4 years in video creation, motion design, or AI media production.
• A portfolio demonstrating AI-generated image and video work in brand or conceptual contexts.
• Background in design, animation, filmmaking, or advertising is preferred.
• Understanding of digital-first storytelling and performance-driven content. Bonus: if you've been part of a shoot/on a set.
