About Us:

Lemonpeel Private Limited is an all-encompassing AI Digital Studio. We have developed a proprietary AI tool that revolutionizes the creation of ads, films, storyboards, and animatics. Our founding team consists of IIM alumni, Ex-TVF and 2X founders with deep experience in AI, consulting, and product development. We are on a mission to blend artificial intelligence with human creativity to tell compelling stories.

What you will do:

• Utilize leading AI video generation tools to create compelling visual content for ads, films, and other creative projects.
• Craft, test, and refine detailed text prompts to translate creative briefs and scripts into high-quality, AI-generated video sequences.
• Collaborate closely with the creative writing and editing teams to ensure visual output aligns with the narrative and aesthetic goals of each project.
• Experiment with different AI models, techniques, and workflows to discover innovative visual styles and enhance our creative capabilities.
• Assist in creating detailed storyboards and animatics using our proprietary AI tool.
• Maintain an organized library of generated assets, successful prompts, and workflow documentation.

The ideal candidate would be:

• A creative individual with hands-on experience or a strong understanding of AI video and image generation tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Sora, Midjourney).
• An expert in prompt engineering with a knack for translating abstract ideas into precise, effective text commands.
• A natural storyteller with a strong eye for visual aesthetics, composition, and pacing.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); this is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Eager to learn and contribute in a fast-paced startup environment.
• A portfolio showcasing AI-generated video or image work is a strong plus.
• Open to all educational backgrounds: current students, graduates, and post-graduates are welcome to apply.
• Based out of Mumbai or Gurgaon is a plus.
