We're Hiring: *Multimedia Specialist (Remote)*  

🕘 *Shift Time:*  

- 📅 Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM AEST  

- 📅 Saturday: 12 PM – 4 PM AEST  

- 🌏 Location: Remote  

About the Role  

At Marketing Transformers, we are creative leaders in digital marketing, helping businesses grow across Australia, NZ, USA, and Canada. We're looking for a skilled *Multimedia Specialist* to develop visually engaging, high-quality content for our brand and clients.  

If you're passionate about visual storytelling and skilled in creating both static and dynamic digital content (like social media creatives, videos, and reels), this is the perfect opportunity to bring your creative ideas to life!

Key Responsibilities

🎬 *Video & Motion Content*  

- Edit and produce video content for ads, social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.  

- Enhance raw footage using sound design, motion graphics, and animations.  

- Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and communicates the right message.  

🖼 *Visual Design*  

- Design static visuals for social media, email campaigns, websites, and blogs.  

- Create marketing collateral such as banners, flyers, infographics, and branded content.  

- Develop content formats including *static graphics* and *reels* optimized for digital platforms.  

🎨 *Creative Collaboration*  

- Work with the creative team to brainstorm and execute new visual concepts.  

- Translate campaign objectives into compelling multimedia assets.  

📁 *Asset Management*  

- Maintain an organized system for managing design files and video assets.  

- Ensure timely delivery and proper formatting of all media files.  

What We’re Looking For  

- ✅ Bachelor's degree in Media, Design, Film, or related fields (Preferred but not mandatory)  

- ✅ Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator  

- ✅ Ability to create motion graphics and animation is a plus  

- ✅ Strong visual storytelling skills with attention to detail  

- ✅ Hands-on experience producing static content and short-form videos for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok  

- ✅ Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment  

- ✅ Freshers with an impressive portfolio are welcome to apply!
