Create, review, and refine literature-based questions, answers, summaries, and analysis across genres and time periods
Evaluate AI-generated literary content for coherence, thematic relevance, and interpretive depth
Identify and correct inaccuracies in AI understanding of literary devices, historical context, and critical analysis
Collaborate on training LLMs using RLHF techniques in literary comprehension and creative expression
1+ year of experience in English Literature or related fields (Teaching, Research, Academic Writing, etc
)
Strong understanding of literary forms, theory, criticism, and major literary works/authors
Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated analysis and improve its literary sensitivity and accuracy
Familiarity with classic and contemporary literature across regions is a plus
