Position: AI Test Lead / AI Test Architect

Experience: 8-15 years

Location: Bangalore - Looking for Immediate joiners.

Role & Responsibilities

8+ years of QA/testing experience, with at least 2+ years in a QA Architect role.
Looking for highly skilled AI Test Lead / Test Architect with hands-on experience in validating RAG pipelines, (LLMs), and GenAI-based applications.
Candidate should possess a deep expertise in designing end-to-end QA strategies for AI systems, building scalable automation, and ensuring the accuracy, reliability, safety, and performance of AI-driven features
Work closely with AI/ML engineers, backend developers, product teams, and DevOps to establish robust test frameworks, automation tooling, and evaluation methodologies for LLM and RAG applications.
