Description
As an AI Technologist at our company, you will lead our AI Team with a unique combination of technical proficiency, project delivery skills, and customer engagement capabilities. Your role will involve overseeing the complete development and deployment of AI solutions, focusing on Predictive Maintenance, AI Agents, and customer-centric Proof of Concepts. You will also be responsible for engaging in business discussions, conducting demos, and driving strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will be adept at both client presentations and technical collaboration with teams. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and delivering AI-driven solutions like Predictive Maintenance and Generative AI Agents. You will manage project lifecycles, from gathering requirements to implementation, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery. Additionally, you will be involved in technical solutioning for new customer needs, including initial Proof of Concept development. Engaging with potential and existing customers to understand their requirements and propose personalized AI solutions will also be part of your role. You will conduct demos, presentations, and technical workshops for stakeholders at different levels and collaborate with sales and business development teams for pre-sales activities. Moreover, you will oversee the in-house development of AI Agent products from concept to launch and stay updated on emerging AI trends, tools, and frameworks to drive innovation. Identifying and developing new AI use cases across manufacturing and related industries will be crucial, along with mentoring internal teams on AI technologies, project execution, and innovation best practices. Your required skills and qualifications include a strong hands-on knowledge of AI/ML concepts, predictive analytics, and Generative AI frameworks. You should have experience in AI solution architecture, PoC development, and end-to-end delivery, with familiarity in industrial AI applications, especially in manufacturing and predictive maintenance. Knowledge of AI Agent frameworks and LLM-based solution deployment is also essential. Additionally, you should possess excellent stakeholder management, presentation skills, and a track record of translating customer requirements into functional and technical deliverables. Pre-sales experience, innovation project driving, and familiarity with emerging AI tools and frameworks are key qualifications. Ideally, you should hold a Doctorate or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields, along with at least 2 years of experience in AI/ML, solution development, or related roles. Prior experience in AI solutions within the manufacturing domain would be advantageous.
