What We’re Looking For

• 7–9 years of experience in building and delivering software solutions.
• Strong skills in

  Python, system design, and scalable architectures

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  AI/ML frameworks

  like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face.
• Someone who has worked in

  customer-facing or consulting roles

  and can explain tech in simple words.
• Experience with

  cloud platforms

  (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• A problem-solver with a

  startup approach
