AI Strategist

As an AI Strategist at Accurate Background, you will be part of a small team defining and implementing strategies around how AI can enhance business processes and product experiences. In this role, you will develop a vision for ethical and cost-effective use of AI at Accurate, educating the wider business on the potential of AI. You should be comfortable with new technologies, empathetic to business problems, and a catalyst for innovative ways of working. Your responsibilities will include strategically planning and managing AI initiatives to align with business goals, leading the adoption of AI technologies across business units, assessing new AI technologies, facilitating collaboration between departments, defining company-wide AI policies, and participating in training efforts to upskill the organization on AI technologies. To qualify for this role, you should have at least 12+ years of IT experience in data science, machine learning, or software development, with 5+ years of leadership experience. Strong project management skills, understanding of current business challenges, and effective communication abilities are essential for success in this position.
