AI Solutions Manager

Role Overview: As the AI Solutions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering cutting-edge AI & Generative AI solutions for clients. Leveraging your expertise in data science, AI/ML & Gen AI, combined with your organizational skills, you will lead the design and delivery of innovative AI solutions to meet clients" unique needs. This role requires a strong blend of AI/ML engineering, strategic solutioning, and client engagement skills. Key Responsibilities: - Possess extensive expertise in data science and AI/ML, with a track record of implementing innovative solutions using statistical modeling, machine learning techniques, and Generative AI - Actively engage with clients to understand their business challenges and AI solution requirements, ensuring timely project delivery within defined scopes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define solution/product requirements and successfully deliver the final solution - Lead and support a team of AI engineers, data scientists, devops engineers, and developers throughout project lifecycles - Demonstrate strong communication skills, proficiency in proposal creation, and effective presentation of results to senior client stakeholders - Prefer prior experience in Generative AI, with the ability to construct solutions through model fine-tuning using techniques like RAG, LLMs, etc., on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP - Proficiency in utilizing cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) for AI/ML engineering is highly preferred Qualifications Required: - Bachelors/Masters in Engineering, Commerce, Economics, Maths, Stats, or MBA from a top-tier university - 10-15 years of experience in AI/ML Engineering/Data Science in Client Management/Consulting organizations - Experience at the intersection of Data Science, AI/ML Engineering, and Data Engineering is highly preferred.,
