As an experienced Engineering Manager with over 5 years of expertise in client solutions, particularly in AI and deep tech industries, you will be instrumental in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of innovative AI solutions. Your role will be crucial in ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, driving business outcomes, and staying at the forefront of emerging technologies. You will need to combine your technical proficiency, project management skills, and a genuine passion for cutting-edge technologies to excel in this position. Your key responsibilities will include: Client Solutions Leadership: - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships to understand their business challenges and provide tailored solutions. - Define and communicate the scope of AI-driven solutions to address specific client goals effectively. Project Management Excellence: - Lead the planning, execution, and closure of projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and deliverable quality. - Implement agile and other modern project management practices to facilitate seamless delivery. Team and Stakeholder Management: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project objectives. - Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, offering regular updates on progress, risks, and solutions. AI Solution Development: - Work closely with technical teams to design and deliver cutting-edge generative AI and deep tech solutions that align with business needs. - Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in AI to enhance solution design. Business Growth Enablement: - Identify new business opportunities through cultivating strong client relationships. - Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to develop proposals and expand service offerings. Quality and Innovation: - Uphold high delivery standards and consistency. - Encourage innovation in delivery methodologies and client engagements. To qualify for this role, you should have: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in client-facing solution delivery roles, with a focus on AI, generative AI, or deep tech companies. - Demonstrated success in leading complex, technology-focused delivery projects. - Deep understanding of generative AI technologies, large language models (LLMs), and foundational AI systems. - Strong leadership skills to inspire and manage teams effectively. - Excellent communication abilities to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences. - Proficiency in agile methodologies and familiarity with relevant certifications (PMP, Scrum Master preferred). - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related fields, with advanced degrees or AI-related certifications considered a plus.
