Someone who can talk to customers, ask the right questions, research possibilities, and design a clear, executable solution before a single line of code is written.

What you’ll do

• Work with clients to understand real problems, constraints, and goals
• Lead discovery conversations and convert ambiguity into clear problem statements
• Research and evaluate technical approaches, tools, and trade-offs
• Assess feasibility, risks, and what should be built now vs later
• Design high-level architectures for AI-driven solutions
• Define phased plans covering scope, outcomes, timelines, and resources
• Hand over clear execution plans to delivery teams
• Join key client conversations to explain solutions and support scoping and proposals

Who this role is for

• You enjoy ambiguity more than comfort

Ideal background

• 4–8 years of experience in Python, AI, or systems engineering
• Experience working on end-to-end projects, not just isolated tasks
• Comfortable talking to customers and stakeholders
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Curious, self-driven, and comfortable learning on the fly

Startup or Agency experience is a big plus.
