AI Solution Architect Remote (Global) • Full-Time / Part-Time Who are we? We are TruBot AI, a fast-growing AI startup revolutionising business communication through cutting-edge AI solutions. Our unified platform empowers SMEs with chatbots, voice bots, AI agents, social media tools, and smart invoicing to automate processes and scale customer interactions. Who are we looking for? Were seeking an experienced and innovative Artificial Intelligence Solution Architect to design and implement AI-powered solutions that align with business goals. You will be instrumental in shaping the future of our platform by translating complex requirements into robust architectures. Your role bridges the gap between cutting-edge AI capabilities and real-world applications. You will collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to deliver impactful AI systems. Working Hours Flexible, with at least 4 hours overlap between 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM EST (6:00 PM – 11:00 PM IST) Compensation Equity-based or commission-based (until profitability); transitioning to a competitive salary Key Responsibilities Design and architect AI-driven systems, including chatbots, voice bots, NLP engines, and predictive models. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end AI solutions. Prototype and develop PoCs for new AI use cases and product features. Lead architecture reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in model deployment and system integration. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of AI models and pipelines in production environments. Evaluate and integrate third-party AI tools and frameworks where applicable. Advise on model lifecycle management, data governance, and ethical AI practices. Support sales and client-facing teams with technical expertise and solution demos. Qualifications & Attributes 5 to 15+ years of experience in software architecture or AI/ML solution design. Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts, including NLP, computer vision, and deep learning. Hands-on experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face. Experience deploying models to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Azure ML). Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with MLOps pipelines. Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Proven experience leading large-scale AI projects from design to deployment. Enthusiasm for innovation and solving real-world problems using AI. Why Join Us?
