As an AI Software Implementation & Delivery Engineer in the Oil & Gas industry, you will play a crucial role in automating and scaling HSE through AI-driven solutions. Your responsibilities will include leading the implementation and deployment of AI software solutions, ensuring compliance with HSE standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, acting as the primary point of contact for customers, conducting training sessions, and troubleshooting technical challenges. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Petroleum Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Chemical Engineering. - 3-5 years of experience in the O&G industry or O&G software-related business. - Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Deep understanding of O&G business culture and operational workflows. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project. - Commitment to HSE principles and safety best practices. - Ability to travel to harsh environments.
