As we prepare for our IPO, we are building a high-performance team to support our growth and ensure operational excellence.
We are now seeking an ambitious AI Pre-Sales & Lead Generation Specialist who will play a pivotal role in driving our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, building sales pipelines, and enabling customer success through AI-powered solutions.
As an AI GTM Pre-Sales Specialist, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge AI products and our clients business challenges. You will own the pre-sales cycle, manage pipelines, and deliver impactful engagements with prospects through HubSpot CRM, LinkedIn automation, and consultative solutioning.
This role is perfect for a tech-savvy, customer-focused professional who thrives at the intersection of sales, strategy, and technology.
GTM & Pre-Sales Engagement
Partner with sales and product teams to craft compelling GTM strategies.
Deliver solution presentations, product demos, and technical workshops for prospects.
Support RFP/RFI responses and customize proposals to client needs.
Pipeline & CRM Ownership
Manage and optimize the end-to-end sales pipeline in HubSpot.
Build dashboards, reports, and forecasts to support leadership decision-making.
Ensure structured follow-ups and progression of opportunities across all deal stages.
LinkedIn Automation & Lead Generation
Drive lead generation and nurturing using LinkedIn automation tools.
Develop targeted outreach campaigns to engage decision-makers.
Experiment with social selling and AI-powered prospecting techniques.
Collaboration & Enablement
Act as a trusted advisor to prospects, aligning AI solutions with their business goals.
Share market intelligence and customer feedback with product & marketing teams.
Support the creation of high-impact sales collateral, case studies, and playbooks.
14 years of experience in Pre-Sales, GTM, or Sales Enablement roles (AI, SaaS, or tech background preferred).
Proven expertise in HubSpot CRM: workflows, pipeline automation, campaign tracking.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and automation tools (e.g., Expandi, Dripify).
Strong track record in pipeline management and meeting sales KPIs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights and action.
