Job Description

AI Model Training
: Perform AI model training by generating and loading large datasets, preparing document samples, creating process documentation, and refining prompts to support the development of high-impact models.
Daily AI Monitoring
: Monitor daily AI system operations, tracking performance and ensuring reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in collaboration with users and stakeholders.
Optimization & Enhancement
: Drive improvements in processes, AI prompts, and model accuracy to align with business value goals. Collaborate with the Ecolab Digital AI team for continuous enhancements.
Governance & Compliance
: Ensure AI operations follow responsible AI policies and ethical guidelines, supporting organizational compliance efforts.
Documentation
: Maintain clear, accurate documentation for AI processes, models, and system behaviors.
Cross-functional Collaboration
: Work with internal teams (digital, operational, and technical) to ensure AI adoption is efficient, scalable, and aligned with strategic business objectives.
