Job Title: AI & ML Trainer (With Expertise in Generative AI & Content Creation) Location: On Site- Bangalore Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: 5+ years in AI/ML training and content development About Us MAA Academy is dedicated to upskilling professionals in cutting-edge AI & ML technologies. As we expand our offerings, we are looking for a passionate AI & ML Trainer who can design, create, and deliver impactful learning experiences in AI, ML, and Generative AI. Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly passionate AI & ML Trainer who is well-versed in Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, a passion for teaching and upskilling professionals and students, and the ability to design structured training programs. This role involves creating engaging course content, conducting hands-on training, and mentoring learners to enhance their AI & ML expertise. Educational Qualifications: Mandatory: Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related technical fields. Preferred: Ph.D. or ongoing doctoral work in AI/ML or Data Science (especially if teaching at university level). Certifications from reputed institutions in: Machine Learning (e.g., Andrew Ngs ML course Stanford/Coursera) Deep Learning Specialization Gen AI (e.g., Prompt Engineering, GPT usage, etc.) Cloud ML Platforms (e.g., AWS ML Specialty, Google Cloud AI Engineer) Key Responsibilities 1. Training & Facilitation Deliver high-quality AI & ML training sessions (live/recorded) to professionals, and students. Conduct hands-on coding sessions using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other ML frameworks. Guide learners in building real-world AI applications and ML models. Provide one-on-one mentorship to resolve technical doubts and support learning progress. 2. Content Development & Course Design Design structured AI & ML learning programs aligned with industry trends. Develop engaging learning materials, including presentations, coding exercises, quizzes, and projects. Create video content, tutorials, and blogs on AI, ML, and Generative AI concepts. Keep course content up to date with the latest advancements in AI, including LLMs, Transformers, Diffusion Models, and AI Agents. 3. Generative AI & Advanced Technologies Teach concepts related to Generative AI (ChatGPT, DALL•E, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, etc.). Guide learners in building AI-powered applications using APIs from OpenAI, Hugging Face, and other AI providers. Explain AI ethics, biases, and responsible AI to ensure learners apply AI solutions ethically. 4. Engagement & Professional Development Foster an interactive and engaging learning environment. Organize webinars, hackathons, and AI challenges for learners. Stay updated with emerging AI research and incorporate the latest developments into training. 5. Industry & Project-Based Learning Develop capstone projects that mirror real-world AI problems. Help learners build portfolio-worthy AI projects for career growth. Collaborate with industry partners to bring case studies and real AI applications into learning. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Expertise Strong proficiency in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.). Hands-on experience with Generative AI models (GPT, Stable Diffusion, BERT, LLaMA, etc.). Familiarity with ML Ops, AI Deployment, and Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, OpenCV, Hugging Face, LangChain, etc.). Knowledge of AI Ethics, Explainable AI (XAI), and Bias Mitigation Techniques. Training & Content Development Proven experience in designing and delivering AI/ML training programs. Ability to create high-quality AI learning content (videos, courses, assignments, projects). Experience with LMS platforms, e-learning tools, and AI-powered course creation tools. Passion for Upskilling & Teaching Strong communication and presentation skills. A growth mindset and commitment to mentoring professionals. Ability to simplify complex AI concepts for different learner levels. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have) Industry experience in AI/ML-based projects. Certifications in AI/ML (Google TensorFlow Developer, AWS ML, etc.). Experience with AI Agent frameworks, RAG models, and AI-driven automation.
