AI & ML Implementation Specialist

Role Overview: As a forward-thinking leader in the freight forwarding industry, you will be the experienced Product Owner responsible for leading initiatives in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML). Your role will involve implementing AI and ML solutions to enhance operational efficiency and automation, with a focus on analyzing manual processes and developing strategies to streamline operations. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct in-depth analyses of existing manual processes to identify and prioritize areas for automation. - Develop and define the AI and ML strategy to streamline operations, enhance decision-making, and improve service delivery. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI tools effectively. - Ensure AI and ML projects are delivered on time and within budget by guiding the project lifecycle from conception through deployment. - Engage regularly with stakeholders to gather feedback and adjust the AI implementation strategy as needed. - Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to AI and ML projects. - Report on progress to senior management and recommend adjustments to project scopes based on data-driven insights. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in managing and implementing AI and ML projects. - Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies. - Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with experience in agile development methodologies. - Familiarity with logistics processes and supply chain optimization. - Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements in freight forwarding will be a plus.
