Location: Noida

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer with minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), vector databases, and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models with a focus on LLMs and vector-based architectures.
• Implement and fine-tune machine learning algorithms to enhance model accuracy and performance.
• Work with vector databases for efficient similarity search and retrieval applications.
• Develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines for model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, software developers, and product managers to integrate AI/ML solutions into production.

Required Qualifications:

• B. Tech/ M. Tech in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Required Skills:

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT, BERT, LLaMA, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases such as ChromaDb, FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.
• Familiarity with embedding techniques and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and NLP.
• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Knowledge of Azure AI services would be an added advantage.
