Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy

  AI/ML models

  for natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and multimodal tasks.
• Build and fine-tune

  Generative AI models

  such as LLMs, diffusion models, or transformer-based architectures.
• Implement

  prompt engineering

  ,

  fine-tuning

  RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

  pipelines.
• Develop APIs and integrate AI models into production applications.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to prepare, clean, and manage large-scale datasets.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and inference efficiency.
• Stay updated with the latest AI research, tools, and frameworks, and assess their potential for integration.
• Contribute to

  MLOps

  pipelines for model versioning, deployment, and monitoring.
• Work with cloud platforms (AWS,/Azure/GCP) for model training and deployment.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in

  Computer Science

  Machine Learning

  , or a related field.

• 3+ years

  of experience in

  AI/ML model development and deployment

  .
• Strong programming skills in

  Python

  and familiarity with

  ML/DL frameworks

  (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, Hugging Face).
• Experience with

  transformer-based models

  (BERT, GPT, LLaMA, T5, etc.).
• Knowledge of

  NLP techniques

  such as tokenization, embeddings, attention mechanisms, and LLM fine-tuning.
• Experience with

  data preprocessing

• Familiarity with

  MLOps tools
