RoleWe are seeking an experienced AI Lead Engineer to join our global team and drive innovation in AI-driven solutions. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong expertise in Python, Java, Generative AI (RAG), Machine Learning, and AWS cloud deployments.

You will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of cutting-edge AI applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of AI-driven applications with a focus on RAG-based chatbot solutions.Architect robust solutions leveraging Python and Java for scalability and reliability.Deploy, manage, and scale AI applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, SageMaker, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudWatch).Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver solutions.Mentor engineers on AI methodologies, cloud practices, and coding standards.Ensure solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.Research and adopt emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and best practices.Primary Skills (Mandatory)Strong programming in Python & JavaHands-on experience with RAG-based chatbots / Generative AI applicationsProficiency in AWS (EC2, Lambda, SageMaker, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, API Gateway)Deep understanding of NLP, vector databases, embeddings, LLM integrations5+ years in AI/ML engineering & solution deliveryPreferred SkillsAWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, ML Specialty)Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChainKnowledge of Agile methodologiesExcellent communication & problem-solving skillsQualificationsBachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or StatisticsStrong track record of leading AI/ML projects and technical teamsDemonstrated ability to deliver enterprise-level AI solutionsWhy Join UsWork with a passionate and innovative global AI teamBuild and scale enterprise-grade AI/ML productsInternational exposure with teams across USA, Singapore, IndiaRecognized leader in Data & AI solutionsCareer growth, learning, and leadership opportunities.
