Job Description

What you will do:
  • Solution Architecture: Design and implement enterprise-level Power Apps solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability.
  • Application Development: Lead the development of Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven apps) and integrate them with Microsoft 365, Dataverse, SharePoint, and external systems.
  • Automation Workflows: Build and optimize business process automation using Power Automate and AI-driven workflows.
  • Data Integration: Develop data models and integrate Power Apps with SQL Server, Azure services, APIs, and third-party applications.
  • Security Compliance: Ensure solutions meet security, governance, and compliance requirements, including role-based access control.
  • Collaboration Leadership: Work with business stakeholders, developers, and IT teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Training Documentation: Provide guidance to development teams and end-users, ensuring best practices and maintaining technical documentation.
The skills you bring:
  • Bachelors/master s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and API integration.
  • Experience in developing Power Apps Portals and embedding apps in Microsoft Teams.
  • Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and analytics.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Power Fx, and low-code/no-code development.
  • Experience in ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-400, or PL-600).
  • Experience with AI Builder, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and chatbot integration.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
