AI Generative Video Specialist

Job Description

We at nServe Technology, UAE are seeking a highly skilled AI Generative Video Specialist

to produce high-quality videos using advanced generative AI platforms. The ideal candidate

has hands-on experience with AI tools, strong creative instincts, and a deep understanding of

video workflows. You will be responsible for generating, editing, and optimizing AI-driven

content for marketing, social media, storytelling, training, and product communication.

Key Responsibilities

AI Video Creation

• Use AI video generation tools (e.g., Runway, Pika Labs, Synthesia, HeyGen, Luma

Dream Machine, Sora) to produce high-quality videos.

• Create short-form and long-form videos based on scripts, prompts, or audio inputs.

• Generate characters, scenes, transitions, and motion sequences using generative AI.

Prompt Engineering

• Write precise prompts to get the best output from AI video tools.

• Experiment with different styles, models, and workflows to enhance visual quality.

Video Editing & Enhancement

• Use editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut) to

refine AI-generated content.

• Upscale and enhance video quality using AI tools (Topaz, Runway Enhance, etc.).

Creative & Script Collaboration

• Work with content teams to understand creative requirements and convert scripts or

ideas into compelling AI videos.

• Suggest creative concepts leveraging the latest trends in AI video.

Quality Control

• Review outputs to ensure smooth motion, clean frames, consistent characters, and

brand alignment.

• Regenerate or fine-tune videos as required.

AI Workflow Optimization

• Build and maintain efficient workflows for repeatable AI-based video production.

• Test new tools, models, and experimental features to stay ahead.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in video production, video editing, or AI-driven content

creation.

• Hands-on experience with at least 2–3 AI video platforms.

• Strong understanding of creative storytelling and visual aesthetics.

• Experience with video editing software (Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).

• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Pika, Runway, Sora-style

generators.

• Ability to convert written ideas into engaging visual content.

• Basic understanding of motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects.

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Experience with AI-based image generation (Midjourney, DALL·E, Flux).

• Knowledge of AI voice tools (Eleven Labs, PlayHT, Descript).

• Understanding of cinematography, framing, and film language.

• Experience producing short-form content for social media (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).

• Familiarity with 3D / VFX pipelines or Unreal Engine is a plus.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
