### What this role is about

As a founding AI Generalist you’ll wear multiple hats, building and automating internal processes, delighting customers, feeding insights back into the product and helping drive revenue. The environment is blank-canvas and fast-moving—perfect for someone who thrives on ambiguity, rapid experimentation and hands-on use of AI tools.

### Your focus areas

<b>Operations &amp; Automation </b>(~40 %)- Identify repetitive workflows across support, sales and internal ops, then automate them using AI APIs, Zapier/Make, LangChain or light scripting. Own the tooling that keeps Scouto running smoothly.

<b>Customer Success &amp; Support </b>(~20 %)- Handle onboarding and support tickets, troubleshoot with engineering and ensure customers get full value.

<b>Product Feedback &amp; Growth</b> (~20 %)- Turn user pain points into actionable product ideas, prototype quick solutions and close the loop with the builders.

<b>Sales &amp; Upsell </b>(~20 %)- Join demos, answer technical questions, spot upsell opportunities and inject automation into the sales funnel.

### What we’re looking for

<b>AI-native operator</b> comfortable with LLMs, prompt engineering and no-code AI stacks.

<b>Technical fluency</b> with APIs, Zapier/Make, Retool; light scripting a plus.
