Lead Agentic Solutions Lead (Microsoft Stack \u2013 LoCode & ProCode)

Role Overview: This is a hands-on Dev leadership position. The Lead Agentic Solutions Lead manages the delivery of enterprise-grade virtual assistants and autonomous agent solutions using Microsofts stack. The role covers both LoCode (Power Platform, MS Copilot) and ProCode (Azure AI Foundry, open-source LLMs) streams, focused on robust, compliant, and at-scale development.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor developers building automation and AI agent solutions with MS stack tools.
Ensure all development meets enterprise standards for security, scalability, and governance.
Gather requirements from business units and technical teams; outline delivery approach.
Stay up-to-date on Microsoft/open-source agent frameworks to guide tooling and best practices.
Support integration of enterprise knowledge bases, contribute to prompt engineering efforts.
Contribute to base framework, coding assistance and customer demos.

Relevant Experience Required:

6+ years in software development, with 2+ years in a lead or senior developer role.
Substantial hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI (including AI Foundry), and open-source LLM frameworks.
Demonstrated ability to deliver, integrate, and manage AI or agentic solutions at scale with MS technologies.
Experience working in secure, regulated enterprise environments.
