AI Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, develop, and optimize AI-driven solutions for networking and telecom environments. This role focuses on multi-stage data processing, AI model development, and real-time AI deployment to enhance automation, network intelligence, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

AI System Design & Development

• Architect and implement AI-driven data processing and decision models for telecom applications.
• Develop probabilistic modeling, rule-based AI, and adaptive learning for network intelligence.
• Optimize AI models for scoring, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance.

Data Engineering & Processing

• Build and maintain high-performance data pipelines for network data ingestion, transformation, and storage.
• Work with telecom datasets (network logs, CDRs, telemetry) to enable AI-driven insights.
• Ensure data consistency, governance, and real-time processing efficiency.

Model Training & Deployment

• Train and fine-tune machine learning models for network monitoring and fault prediction.
• Deploy AI models using open-source MLOps frameworks (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Implement real-time inference and automated remediation solutions.

Performance Optimization & AI Governance

• Optimize AI solutions for scalability, accuracy, and high availability in telecom networks.
• Establish monitoring, compliance, and governance frameworks for AI deployment.
• Continuously improve models using adaptive learning and feedback loops.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Strong expertise in open-source AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience in data engineering, model training, and real-time inference.
• Hands-on experience with containerized AI deployment (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Networking & Telecom knowledge is a plus, with experience in ISP or Telco environments being an advantage.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL and cloud-based AI solutions.
• Familiarity with OSS/BSS, network monitoring tools, and telecom architectures  is a plus.
