At Tagshop.ai, we re building the next generation of AI-powered UGC video solutions for eCommerce and performance marketers. We leverage cutting-edge AI in Generative Media, NLP, and Computer Vision to create highly engaging, scalable, and personalized content for brands worldwide.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions that solve complex business challenges and drive product innovation. This role requires hands-on expertise in data science, machine learning frameworks, and scalable AI architectures, along with strong collaboration skills to work across product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models, algorithms, and systems for production-ready applications. Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to identify and implement AI-driven solutions. Build, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models into production environments. Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA). Research and apply state-of-the-art techniques in NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI. Continuously monitor and optimize model performance post-deployment. Ensure scalability, efficiency, and security of AI pipelines. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI/ML frameworks, tools, and techniques.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field. 3 4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML solution development. Proficiency with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn. Strong programming skills in Python (R or Java is a plus). Experience in working with large datasets, data wrangling, and SQL/NoSQL databases. Practical exposure to NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, or Generative AI. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
