Role & responsibilities

AI Engineer (5+ years)

• Build

  AI-powered features

  for developer assistance, intelligent automation, and contextual data exploration.
• Integrate

  Large Language Models (LLMs)

  into Condense in a scalable, secure, and cost-efficient way.
• Develop

  intelligent assistants/agents

  that interact with Condense services (Kafka, pipelines, observability, cloud infrastructure) and external systems.
• Create

  frameworks and APIs

  for extensibility so customers can plug in custom AI capabilities.
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, and product teams to deliver

  intuitive AI-driven user experiences

• Fine-tune and optimize

  LLMs, embeddings, and retrieval systems

  for context-aware completions.
• Research emerging trends in

  AI for cloud, data streaming, and DevOps

Preferred candidate profile

• 4+ years in

  AI/ML engineering

• Hands-on experience with

  LLM APIs

• Strong programming in
