AI Engineer

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as open-source (LLaMA, Mistral, GPT-NeoX) and API-based (OpenAI, Anthropic). Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and managing multi-agent system architectures for AI-driven applications - Conducting comparative evaluation of LLMs based on quality, speed, cost, and reliability - Designing, testing, and optimizing prompts, context management strategies, and addressing common issues like hallucinations and irrelevant outputs - Understanding model fine-tuning basics and customizing pre-trained models for domain-specific use-cases - Building and integrating backend systems using Node.js, RESTful/GraphQL APIs, and managing databases (SQL / NoSQL) - Deploying applications on cloud platforms like Firebase, AWS, or Azure, and effectively managing resources - Implementing and managing agentic AI systems, A2A workflows, and RAG pipelines - Handling hosting, scaling, and deployment of websites/web apps while ensuring performance during high traffic loads - Optimizing infrastructure for cost-effectiveness and high availability - Working with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, or equivalent LLM orchestration tools - Leading or collaborating on AI-powered product development from concept to deployment - Balancing between rapid prototyping and building production-grade, reliable AI applications Qualifications required for this role: - Strong understanding of LLM evaluation frameworks and metrics - Familiarity with LangChain, AutoGen, Haystack, or similar AI agent management libraries - Working knowledge of AI deployment best practices - Basic understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable hosting setups - Experience in managing cross-functional teams or AI development interns is a plus In addition to the above, if you have prior experience working on AI-powered SaaS platforms, contributed to open-source AI projects or AI hackathons, and are familiar with data privacy, security compliance, and cost management in AI applications, it would be considered as a bonus advantage.,
