Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a performance-driven AI Driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead and

execute our Funnel 1 marketing initiatives. This role focuses on deploying AI-integrated digital

strategies across social media, website landing pages, and lead magnets to drive qualified

leads and web traffic growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, tech-savvy, and results-oriented,

with a strong grasp of AI-enhanced tools and marketing automation.

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns using AI-enabled marketing tools.
• Manage top-of-funnel distribution via social media, website landing pages, and digital

magnets.

• Run high-conversion lead generation campaigns targeting 300+ qualified leads/month.
• Achieve and maintain at least 30% month-over-month website traffic growth.
• Oversee WhatsApp and email marketing distribution platforms.
• Collaborate with sales managers to qualify and convert leads.
• Analyze campaign metrics and use insights for continual improvement.
• Stay up to date with trends in AI marketing and performance optimization.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Proficiency with modern, AI-integrated digital marketing tools.
• Strong understanding of lead funnels and conversion strategies.
• Ability to handle WhatsApp and email marketing tools for campaign distribution.
• Data-driven mindset and experience with traffic/lead performance analytics.
• Excellent communication, planning, and execution skills.

Performance Expectations

• Deliver minimum 300 qualified leads per month.
• Achieve 30% monthly growth in website traffic.

Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly salary: 30,000 to 50,000 (Based on skillset and marketing maturity)
