Role Description

This is a contract remote role for an AI Dialogue Specialist (German). The AI Dialogue Specialist will be responsible for developing, optimizing, and maintaining AI-driven dialogue systems in German. This includes creating engaging and natural conversational scripts, training language models, conducting linguistic and usability analysis, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance AI performance and user experience.

What you’ll do:

✨ Design realistic multi-turn dialogues using apps like calendar, email, maps, and drive.

✨ Simulate both user and assistant interactions, including tool calls when needed.

✨ Ensure conversations are logical, natural, and follow defined guidelines.

✨ Showcase the assistant’s ability to complete tasks, handle limitations, and maintain engaging chat.

✨ Collaborate with peers, iterate on examples, and continuously improve quality.

What we’re looking for:

✅ 3+ years of professional experience in a technical or analytical field.

✅ Strong grasp of APIs, JSON, and logical reasoning.

German (Germany)

✅ Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to follow detailed guidelines.

✅ Experience with LLMs, virtual assistants, or function-calling frameworks is a plus.
