AI Developer

We are currently seeking AI Developers to join our team and contribute to the advancement of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies. In this role, you will play a key part in the development, deployment, and optimization of AI models for various applications. Collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and business teams will be essential for the success of our projects. Your technical skills should include proficiency in Python, particularly in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn, or similar AI/ML frameworks. Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning is highly desirable. A solid background in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning is expected. Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, and Azure for AI model deployment is required, along with familiarity in MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and AI model monitoring. Additionally, a strong understanding of databases, APIs, and software development best practices will be beneficial for this role. In terms of soft skills, we are looking for individuals with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and documentation skills are also crucial for this position. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience with LLMs (Large Language Models) and Generative AI, as well as an understanding of Graph Neural Networks, Transformers, or AutoML. Exposure to Big Data Technologies such as Spark and Hadoop is a plus, along with prior experience in AI ethics and explainability. The desired candidate profile should hold a B-tech/M.C.A/M.sc degree in AI, Machine Learning, or a related field, along with at least 3 years of experience in AI/ML development.
