About Us We are a growing health-tech organization building innovative digital solutions under our integrated platforms — Clinicwala, Janchwala, and Dawaiwala — to make healthcare more accessible and efficient across India. We are now expanding our AI capabilities to enhance decision-making, automate workflows, and deliver intelligent insights for doctors, patients, and partners. Position OverviewWe are looking for a talented AI Developer with hands-on experience in developing, training, and deploying machine learning models. The ideal candidate should be passionate about solving real-world problems using data-driven and AI-powered approaches. Required Skills Experience with NLP, chatbots, recommendation systems, or image processing. Familiarity with REST APIs, AI model deployment, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure). Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and AI ethics. Bonus: Knowledge of LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, etc.), RAG pipelines, or LangChain. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy AI/ML models for healthcare and automation use cases. Work with large datasets to perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization. Integrate AI models with web and mobile applications (APIs, or Laravel integrations). Collaborate with product, backend, and frontend teams to implement AI-driven features. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies in AI, LLMs, and deep learning. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field. Experience in health-tech, Telemedicine, or Pharmacy automation projects is a plus.
