Role Overview: At Capgemini Engineering, a global leader in engineering services, you will be part of a team of engineers, scientists, and architects dedicated to helping innovative companies reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy GenAI models across various domains like text, image, and code generation. - Build and optimize complete machine learning pipelines, from data preprocessing to model training, deployment, and monitoring. - Utilize AI-powered tools such as GitHub Copilot and OpenAI to enhance development workflows and create intelligent systems in areas like code generation, automation, and virtual assistants. - Apply GenAI/ML for use cases including summarization, workflow automation, smart troubleshooting, and adaptive testing. - Develop solutions using Python, Pandas, SQL, Sklearn, LangChain, FastAPI, Flask, and REST APIs. - Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments, contribute to mentoring, and team development. - Integrate AI with platforms like Webex, Zoom, and Teams via APIs. - Utilize CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions and test frameworks such as Pytest. - Leverage monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying GenAI/ML solutions. - Strong programming skills in Python and experience with automation and data processing. - Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and frameworks including LangChain, Hugging Face, and OpenAI models. - Proficiency in using GitHub Copilot and other AI coding assistants. - Experience with cloud platforms and deploying scalable AI solutions. - Skilled in system design using LLMs, NLP, and AI/ML for software and networking applications. - Strong problem-solving, communication, and mentoring skills. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and QA best practices.
