AI Design Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the generation of high-quality AI images and short video clips using tools like Midjourney, Ideogram, Imagen, Flux, Pika Labs, Kling, RunwayML, Veo, etc., based on creative briefs and art direction. 2. Experiment with and refine text prompts to achieve desired visual styles, compositions, and moods. 3. Support the AI Design team in iterating on visual concepts and generating multiple options. 4. Organize, tag, and manage a library of AI-generated assets. 5. Perform basic image editing and touch-ups on AI-generated visuals using tools like Photoshop. 6. Research and stay updated on new AI generation tools, techniques, and trends in visual AI. 7. Collaborate with Visualizers, Copywriters, and Motion Designers to ensure cohesive project outcomes. 8. Contribute to internal projects and experimentation with new AI capabilities. 9. Adhere to project timelines and deliver work to a high standard. Skills Required: 1. Strong visual aesthetic and understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, typography). 2. Proficiency in design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator is a big plus; Figma/Canva useful). 3. Demonstrable interest in AI art and generative tools (portfolio pieces using AI are a huge plus) 4. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 5. Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback. 6. Organized and detail-oriented. Qualifications: • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's program in Design (Fashion, Graphic, Communication, and Fine Arts), Photography, or a related field from a reputable institution (e.g., NIFT, NID). • A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills, visual aesthetic, and (ideally) experimentation with AI generative tools. • Understanding of fundamental design principles, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling. • Familiarity with fashion and photography concepts is highly desirable. • Eagerness to learn new AI tools and technologies quickly. • Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills. • A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a hunger to grow and contribute to innovative projects.
