Role Overview: As a Manager in the S&C Global Network - AI - Merchandising Analytics team at Accenture, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. Your role will involve providing strategic advisory services, conducting market research, and developing data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic advisory services and conduct market research to enhance business performance. - Develop data-driven recommendations to improve business outcomes. - Utilize strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Utilize knowledge of SQL, R, Python, and cloud-based technologies (Azure, AWS, GCP) to build price/discount elasticity models and conduct non-linear optimization. - Apply state space & mixed-effect modeling techniques and optimization algorithms to industry data. - Experience in AI capability migration between cloud platforms and managing documentation processes. - Utilize econometric/statistical modeling techniques such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and optimization techniques. - Proficient in Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint for client and team management in large-scale projects.
