AI COE Head

As an AI CoE Head specializing in GenAI, your role involves guiding Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, building capabilities, effectively communicating GenAI capabilities to customers, and ensuring robust solution design and delivery based on your past hands-on experience. You will be the primary point of contact for GenAI requirements, demonstrating strong leadership skills and addressing complex business challenges across various industries. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with internal GenAI leads to define strategic direction and present the company's GenAI capabilities to external customers' C-suite. - Guide GTM strategies by identifying and prioritizing use cases for GenAI, managing pre-sales activities, and representing the GenAI team. - Develop and deliver technical presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing GenAI solutions. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships within the GenAI domain to support business development. - Create business materials highlighting the latest GenAI developments for enterprise contexts. - Collaborate with GenAI Solution Architects to propose innovative solutions for business challenges. - Work with service line leaders and sales teams to build AI-based solutions relevant to customers. - Lead or engage in hands-on GenAI projects using your expertise in data science, machine learning, and analytics. - Recommend integration strategies and infrastructure requirements for implementing comprehensive GenAI solutions. - Understand and address complex business problems in industries like CPG, Retail, Healthcare, and BFSI. - Travel as required for client meetings, conferences, and related events. Skills & Qualifications: - 15+ years of experience in AI and GenAI technologies, managing AI model lifecycles, and performance optimization. - Expertise in GenAI applications, chatbots, information retrieval systems, and enterprise search applications. - Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, RAG techniques, and frameworks like LangChain and Cognitive Search. - Proficiency in Python programming and deploying AI applications on cloud platforms using MLOps concepts. - Excellent teamwork, communication, and presentation skills, along with strong leadership and time management capabilities. - Experience in pre-sales and customer relationship management within AI and GenAI domains. - Strategic and analytical thinking with a focus on customer, industry, and market research. - Track record of working on information retrieval solutions driven by natural language queries and cloud GenAI tools integration. - Knowledge of cloud AI services providers such as Azure and AWS. - Eagerness to learn and apply emerging trends in business research, data science, and AI. - Passion for developing innovative GenAI solutions across diverse industries.
