AI Champion

As an AI Champion at Enreap, your primary focus will be on driving strategic and operational AI leadership. You will collaborate with internal teams to identify high-impact AI use cases, lead quick win internal AI pilot projects, and establish essential data governance practices with the IT team. Additionally, you will contribute to the vision and roadmap for AI-oriented product offerings, conduct market research and customer analysis, and work with the Product Management Core team for the development of AI-oriented products. Your role will also involve translating successful internal operational AI solutions into customer-facing products. Furthermore, you will champion internal AI literacy, act as the primary liaison for external AI/Data Strategy consulting, and foster a data-driven culture within the organization. Qualifications required for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in solutioning for domains such as PPM, ITSM, or DevOps. You should have at least 1 year of experience in solutioning and implementing Data and AI technologies, a solid understanding of core AI/ML concepts, and familiarity with enterprise software platforms like Atlassian, Google Workspace, AWS, Monday.com, and GitLab. Additionally, you should have domain knowledge in areas such as DevOps, ITSM, PPM, Business Support Operations, and Cloud migrations and adoptions. Demonstrated understanding of product management principles, experience with agile/lean methodologies, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships are also essential for this role.,
