Role Overview: Enreap is looking for an AI Champion to play a key role in achieving Operational Excellence through integrated Data and AI. As an AI Champion, you will lead internal AI initiatives, contribute to AI-oriented product offerings, and bridge business acumen with foundational AI knowledge. Your expertise in domains such as DevOps, ITSM, PPM, and Cloud migrations will be crucial for fostering internal AI literacy and translating business needs into actionable AI solutions within a lean, agile framework. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with existing internal teams to identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases. - Lead and oversee "quick win" internal AI pilot projects. - Establish essential data governance practices in collaboration with the IT team. - Contribute to the vision and roadmap for AI-oriented product offerings. - Conduct lean market research and customer analysis. - Work with the Product Management Core team for the lean development of AI-oriented product offerings. - Translate successful internal operational AI solutions into new or enhanced customer-facing products. - Act as the primary liaison for external AI/Data Strategy consulting. - Champion internal AI literacy and foster a data-driven culture. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in solutioning for domains such as PPM, ITSM, or DevOps, with at least 1 year of experience in implementing Data and AI technologies. - Solid understanding of core AI/ML concepts. - Practical familiarity with enterprise software platforms like Atlassian, Google Workspace, AWS, Monday.com, and GitLab. - Understanding of at least one of DevOps, ITSM, PPM, Business Support Operations, and Cloud migrations and adoptions. - Demonstrated understanding of product management principles and experience with agile/lean methodologies. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; strong problem-solving abilities; proactive, self-driven; influencing and building strong cross-functional relationships.,
