In this role as a Web Analytics Consultant/Manager in the Marketing Analytics practice at Accenture Strategy & Consulting, you will be the day-to-day marketing technology point of contact for clients, helping them derive value from their digital assets. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will focus on developing strategic roadmaps for personalized activation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Expertise in leading Tag Management platforms such as Adobe Launch/AEP Web SDK, Google Tag Manager, Tealium iQ - Proficiency in Visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker for dashboard development - In-depth knowledge of GA360/GA4, Adobe Analytics/Customer Journey Analytics for end-to-end configuration - Assess and audit clients" marketing technology stack (MarTech) in collaboration with solutions architect - Technical analysis & design for analytics-related initiatives, defining requirements for digital analytics implementation/reporting dashboard - Translate business requirements into BRDs, technical specifications, tagging guide, data layer design documents - Coordinate with website developers for Analytics integration and datalayer implementation - Implement tags for websites/apps using tag managers, custom JavaScript, web scraping - Diagnose and troubleshoot analytics implementation issues, perform end-to-end QA testing - Manage ad pixels, third-party tags for digital campaigns - Handle structured and unstructured data, extract & clean data for analysis - Root cause analysis, creating actionable insights using Web Analytics Reporting tools or Visualization tools - Strategize and document scalable Web Analytics implementation tailored to clients" needs - Ensure consistent analytics implementation across digital properties - Provide hands-on support and platform training for clients - Collaborate with various technical teams to achieve project objectives - Project management expertise for sprint planning **Qualifications Required:** - B Tech/M Tech from reputed engineering colleges or Masters/M Tech in Computer Science - Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience in reporting and tag management across web/mobile analytics platforms - Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, consulting, or analytics - Minimum 5+ years of experience in an agency environment - Expertise in multi-channel marketing hubs by Adobe Experience Platform, Google, Tealium - Dashboard development experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker - Developer experience with tag management platforms like Adobe Launch/AEP Web SDK, Google Tag Manager, Tealium iQ - Certification in Adobe Analytics/Google Analytics is a must - Strong understanding of consent management platforms and developer experience with them - Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, tag implementation, and audits - Business intelligence expertise for insights and actionable recommendations - Hands-on experience with advanced JavaScript, jQuery, and HTML - Strong experience in ETL, data aggregation, and transformation using SQL - Proficiency in debugging tools and APIs - Exposure to A/B testing tools, personalization tools, CDPs, Gen AI, and marketing destinations - Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint This role offers you the opportunity to work with a global network of smart and driven colleagues, leveraging leading AI/ML/Statistical tools for digital marketing, web/mobile analytics, and customer data platforms to help clients achieve high performance and improve outcomes.,
