Myridius, a leading IT services and consulting company, is seeking a Business Development Executive with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic pre-sales and solution development team. This role requires a highly results-driven individual who will be responsible for creating compelling solutions, client pitches driving growth across various service lines including IT services, consulting, product engineering, Gen AI, automation, data transformation, and more. The candidate needs to have strong knowledge and experience in emerging technologies, particularly in Generative AI (Gen AI), data transformation, and product engineering, and will have a proven track record of working on large RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information) in an AI-enabled presales environment.
Identify and engage potential clients, leveraging your understanding of industry trends, client needs, and Myridius capabilities & differentiators
Develop strategic business development plans, GTM collaterals, sales battlecards in alignment with Myridius overall growth objectives
Enable and engage with key stakeholders, including client partners, account managers, service line specialists on new prospects, client presentations and facilitate smooth pre-sales processes
Lead and contribute to the creation of high-quality RFPs, RFIs, and proposals across multiple service lines, incorporating AI-enabled solutioning approaches.
Respond to RFPs/RFIs/Proposals with detailed responses, showcasing technical capabilities, solution design, effort estimations, and alignment with client requirements.
Create and deliver customized presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations that effectively address client requirements, including Agentic AI-driven usecases.
Create collaterals and case studies for different industries and services to demonstrate our ability to address customers specific pain points.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the development of competitive, innovative solutions that align with client needs and Myridius capabilities.
Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and implementation of emerging technologies, particularly in the areas of Gen AI / Agentic AI, Automation, Data Modernization, and Product engineering.
Support Myridius Innovation in creation and implementation of Agentic-AI use cases, thought leadership collaterals, solution demonstrations to clients and partners.
Should have 3-5 years of overall professional experience in pre-sales, business development, client engagement with demonstrated success
Experienced in serving in at least one of the following Industries Banking & financial services, Insurance, Healthcare & Life science, Retail & Consumer goods, Travel & Hospitality
Experience in developing technical presentations and solution demonstrations, preferably in AI-led presales environment.
Has worked on the creating solutions across either of the key areas of Data and AI / Gen AI, software product engineering, quality engineering, cloud modernization
Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in developing presales assets, including proposals, solution diagrams, and use cases.
Master's degree in business from top Business schools
Candidates with a technology background will be preferred
