AI Backend Engineer

About the Role:

1. Strong proficiency in Python and Java, with proven experience developing backend applications.
2. Expertise with Langchain and Langraph, including integrating AI models, natural language processing (NLP), and graph-based solutions.
3. Experience working with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
4. Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL, e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc.).
5. Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
6. Strong experience in version control using Git.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to debug complex issues.
8. Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
9. Knowledge of unit testing and CI/CD pipelines.
10. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, test, and deploy backend services and APIs using Python and Java.
2. Leverage Langchain and Langraph to build and optimize language models, graphs, and AI-driven functionalities.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine system architecture and feature requirements.
4. Design and implement efficient database models and manage relational and NoSQL databases.
5. Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications by adhering to best practices in backend development.
6. Write unit and integration tests to ensure the robustness and reliability of systems.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and production issues.
8. Maintain and improve existing systems, applying updates and fixes as necessary.
9. Stay updated with emerging technologies and integrate relevant tools into the backend infrastructure.
