Job Description

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and technically strong Automation Engineer to join our tech team. This is an entry-level role suited for fresh graduates or individuals with up to one year of experience. You will work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to identify repetitive processes, develop automation solutions, and prototype AI-driven tools to solve real-world problems. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement automated solutions to reduce manual work across teams. Build scripts, bots, or tools using Python or similar languages. Explore and integrate generative AI tools (e.g., GPT, Copilot, etc.) where appropriate. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver automation projects end-to-end. Maintain clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Continuously optimize and monitor existing automations for reliability and performance. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field. Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, etc.). Knowledge of frameworks like Langchain and Langgraph are welcome Familiarity with APIs, web scraping, or process automation tools is a plus. Exposure to AI/ML or generative AI tools is a strong plus (projects, internships, self-driven learning welcome). Eagerness to learn, experiment, and take initiative.
