Job Description-
As our AI Automation Engineer, you will help architect, automate, and scale the systems that power our organization and products. Your work will combine deep technical execution with strategic ownership.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and own automation systems across internal ops, marketing, product workflows, and data pipelines.
• Implement Python-based automations, microservices, and internal tools that remove manual work and increase company-wide efficiency.
• Leverage generative AI, LLMs, and custom prompt engineering to create scalable, intelligent workflows.
• Work closely with founders to identify automation opportunities across all departments and deliver solutions rapidly.
• Support product initiatives by integrating AI models, improving workflows, and contributing to ML-powered product features.
• Build data systems that gather, process, and analyze business and product data in real-time.
• Move fast, experiment, and ship your automations should create leverage for the entire team.

What You Will Do-

• Develop end-to-end automation pipelines using Python, n8n, APIs, and custom integrations.
• Implement AI-powered systems using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), embeddings, RAG, fine-tuning, and agent-style workflows.
• Automate content and marketing operations such as distribution, repurposing, scheduling, asset generation, and data analysis.
• Build internal tools that streamline operations in sales, HR, product, marketing, and support.
• Create data workflows including ETL pipelines, data cleaning, mapping, analysis, and visualization.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate generative AI and ML capabilities into the company’s core offerings.
• Design reusable automation frameworks and engineering systems that scale with company growth.
• Document everything through SOPs, workflows, templates, and systems playbooks.
• Continuously optimize automations using analytics, user feedback, and performance data.

Skills Needed for Success-

• Advanced Python development skills with experience in APIs, scripting, automation frameworks, and backend tooling.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and LLMs, including prompt engineering, model integration, and workflow design.
• Strong understanding of data science, including data wrangling, analysis, modeling basics, and automation using Python.
• Expertise building automations in n8n, Zapier, Make.com, or custom Python-based solutions.
• Ability to design scalable, logical, systems-driven automations across diverse functions.
• Experience developing AI/ML-powered workflows, automating business processes, and integrating third-party APIs.
• A mindset geared toward systems thinking, optimization, and operational efficiency.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities and high ownership.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, creative, and tech teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to architect automation solutions from scratch.
