About the Role:

AI Art Director

Creative Leadership:

Lead visual concepting and creative direction across campaigns, branding, and digital media
Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, designers, and marketing teams to develop strong visual narratives
Maintain and evolve brand identity through innovative visual storytelling

Use AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, DALL•E, Stable Diffusion, Runway ML) to generate concept art, mood boards, and production-ready visuals
Explore and test new AI design workflows to streamline the creative process
Combine traditional design skills with generative AI outputs to elevate creative quality

Required Skills :

Strong portfolio showcasing campaign work, branding, and design leadership
Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (Midjourney, DALL•E, Stable Diffusion, etc.)
Mastery of traditional tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
Experience working across digital platforms (web, social, product, advertising)
Ability to think conceptually and execute at a high standard
Strong leadership and communication skills
