Job Title: AI Architect Experience: 8– 12 Years Category: Software Development/ Engineering Main location: India, Tamil Nadu, Chennai Position ID: J1025-1224 Employment Type: Full Time Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 2 years of relevant experience. Position Description: We are seeking an experienced AI Architect with a strong background in the telecommunications industry to lead the design and deployment of AI-driven solutions that enhance network operations, customer experience, and business intelligence. The ideal candidate will have deep domain knowledge of telco networks and services, combined with expertise in AI/ML architecture and implementation, to drive innovation and digital transformation in telecom environments.

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Proven 8+ years of experience in AI architecture or related roles, with at least 5 years in telecommunications.
• Deep understanding of telecom networks (e.g., 5G, LTE, SDN, NFV) and operational challenges.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and related tools.
• Experience designing and deploying AI systems for network management, customer analytics, or service assurance.
• Proficient in data engineering, including data ingestion, processing, and feature engineering for telecom datasets.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka.
• Familiar with telecom regulatory and security compliance requirements impacting AI solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience with automation and AI-driven orchestration in telco networks.
• Knowledge of NLP models for customer service automation and chatbots.

• Hands-on experience with real-time AI analytics and streaming data processing • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.

• Certifications in AI/ML or telecom technology (e.g., CCNA, TOGAF, Certified AI Professional).
• Experience working with telecom cloud-native architectures and microservices.
